Launching the SFR Analytics Blog
At SFR Analytics, we bring proprietary data to bear to understand the residential real estate market in real-time.
To date, we’ve published brief highlights of our analysis on our LinkedIn page. Popular topics have included full portfolio breakdowns of SFR funds (like American Homes 4 Rent and Invitation Homes), cohort-level analysis of Opendoor’s and OfferPad’s unit profitability, and rental yields.
Now, we’re launching a blog to host longer form, more in-depth research pieces. Almost all content posted on the blog will remain free and openly available. In the future, we’ll roll out a paid tier that provides access to fine-grain, real-time data that is actionable for SFR acquisitions and fix-and-flip lenders.
