We’ll be at SFR East this week - if interested in meeting up please reply to this email or reach out directly (glenn@sfranalytics.com; 530-848-9922).
We’re currently wrapping up our near term roadmap for a few new product upgrades/launches taking place later this month + June. Would love to talk to people on our Q3+Q4 roadmap and more you’d like to see.
Current customers attending SFR East use the following products of ours:
Private Lender Radar — ability to see all private loans originated, borrower activity, and borrower contact info
Rental listing data — we scrape nationwide rental listing data. We have property management companies using it for FRBO prospecting, SFR funds using it for revenue management, and a few lenders using it for DSCR prospecting
Bulk data — we have an interesting repository of assessor, deed, mortgage, consumer, building permit, and cleaned ACS/census data — we’ve sold cross sections of this such as:
All institutional ownership activity with building permit records
Flipper files (identifying every flipped property in the last x years)
Rental history for all investor owned properties in a set of markets
Some things that are launching shortly:
Our largest upgrade to Private Lender Radar
Ability to see all investor transactions, not just private lending activity (surfacing cash, regional bank transactions)
Significant contact info upgrade - we’re updating contacts we’ve found better contact info for, are make coverage more expansive, and will be introducing a probability score on how likely the contact info is correct
Note buyer data, buyer experience verification (at principal level), and new property profiles with transaction/building permit history
APIs to easily access all of the underlying data we’ve gathered
A best buyer tool where the user enters in an address and we surface who the most active investors are who are buying near that property and investors who have bought similar properties. This is mostly geared towards wholesalers looking for disposition opportunities
We also love to just chat about what we’re seeing in the market. We talk to dozens of investors/lenders weekly and enjoy exchanging notes on market trends/etc.
